After five years at Morgan Stanley in Sales & Trading, Macy founded Moonlit Row in 2021. She wanted to use her professional skills in customer service, operational organization, and business strategy to help small business owners and entrepreneurs scale their operations and efficiently manage their workflow. Moonlit Row works with CEOs, creators, influencers, social media managers, and brand builders to strategize, develop, and maintain business practices across various revenue verticals. 

In addition to her work as a consultant, Macy sits on several executive and advisory boards for female-founded businesses in NYC and beyond.
